Community partner Canadian National Railway (CN) has committed $20,000 to support Yes, Together We Can's Complimentary Nutrition Pop-Up Program, an initiative designed to combat food insecurity among individuals and families navigating chronic health conditions, including cancer.
CN's generous investment will significantly expand the reach of our program, allowing us to provide greater access to nutritious food and supportive resources throughout the communities we serve. This partnership advances our shared commitment to improving health equity by increasing access to healthy foods, reducing barriers to proper nutrition, and enhancing the overall well-being of patients and their families.
Hormel Foods Charitable Trust donated $10,000 to Yes, Together We Can. This generous donation will help expand access to nutritious food for families experiencing food insecurity while managing chronic health conditions. This support will allow us to purchase and distribute healthy meals and essential groceries, reducing stress and improving overall well-being for the families we serve. Through this generous investment, Hormel Foods Charitable Trust is helping strengthen our community and ensure no family has to choose between health and hunger.
We received a $1,500 Spark Good local grant from our local Walmart-1256. This generous support ensures that the families we serve will be able to enjoy a nutritious produce and heartwarming meals.
